Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate rescind its previous action in passing SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 64(FIN) am S. Without objection, the Senate rescinded its previous action. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate rescind its previous action in adopting the Senate Committee Substitute to CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 64(FIN). Without objection, the Senate rescinded its previous action. Senator Donley moved and asked unanimous consent that the Judiciary Committee Letter of Intent offered on page 1026 be adopted. Without objection, the Senate Letter of Intent was adopted. Senators Rieger, Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that they be shown as cross sponsors on the bill. Without objection, it was so ordered. CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 64(FIN) was before the Senate and read a third time.
